From initial competency reviews through continuing education, our Ultrasound Sonographer Program focuses on the latest advances in ultrasound medicine, ensuring our staff is up to date on best practices. This program is key for providing quality care to our patients, serving our clients well, and helping sonographers feel confident in their work.
Our Sonographer Educational Program assures patients and clients that we live by the importance of providing quality care. We use a state-of-the-art Learning Management & Performance Management System that hosts all of our educational content and training programs to ensure our sonographers have advanced clinical skills. The learning management system houses material covering Obstetrics, Gynecology, Vascular and superficial structures, as well as programs that encompass customer service, teamwork, and management development. Our sonographers are notified of an updated protocol, educational module, and new protocols through our Learning Management System as a notification on their smart phones. This notification process assures the sonographers don’t miss anything.
The Quality Assurance program has been implemented to be proactive, ensuring quality images are produced. Ultrasounds for each sonographer are reviewed to make sure their imaging meets quality standards and protocols are being followed.
